service.

Grimm Concepts, LLC is an Indiana limited liability company, owned and operated by Damien Grimm. Where these terms say “we” or “us”, that is who they mean.

We build previews from information that is already public — your listings, your reviews, photos you have published. A preview costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We own the preview until you pay for a build; you are welcome to walk away from it.

We will not publish your preview publicly or send it to anyone but you.

Each package on the price sheet lists exactly what is included, how many revision rounds you get, and what the monthly care plan covers. That list is the agreement. Anything not on it is an add-on, quoted before we start it.

Prices on the price sheet are good through the date printed on it. We will tell you before a price changes on you.

Launch is paid in full when you approve the build. Local Pro and Growth are 50% deposit and the balance at launch. Signature is 50% deposit, 25% at the midpoint, 25% at launch.

Care plans bill monthly in advance. Cancel any month — tell us before the next billing date and that is the end of it. Invoices are due on receipt; work pauses on accounts more than 15 days past due.

Launch goes live 48 hours after you approve it. Other packages are scheduled when the deposit clears. Photo sets are booked separately.

Those clocks depend on you: we cannot hit a date while we are waiting on your logo, your menu, or your approval.

Once the build is paid in full, you own the design, the pages, the copy we wrote for you, and the photographs we shot for you. The domain is yours. Take it all with you whenever you like.

We keep the right to show your finished site and the photographs in our own portfolio. Tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will not.

Anything we licensed from someone else — fonts, stock, a plugin — comes to you under that licence, not ours to give away.

Hosting, business email, security and backups are part of the care plan, resold through MDDHosting. If you end the care plan, we will help you move the site and the email to wherever you want. We will not hold your site hostage.

We aim for the site to be up all the time and we watch it, but we do not control the internet. We are not liable for outages upstream of us.

You confirm you have the right to everything you hand us — photos, logos, menus, copy. If someone comes after us because you did not, that is on you.

We will not put anything illegal on a site, and we reserve the right to stop work if asked to.

Our total liability on any project is capped at what you paid us for it. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Email first. Most things get sorted in a message or a call. If they do not, these terms are governed by Indiana law and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts of Indiana.
