When you fill in the form on this site we receive your name, business name, phone number, email address, and whatever you type in the message box. That is all of it.

We do not run Google Analytics or any other analytics product on this site. There are no advertising pixels, no embedded maps, no embedded review widgets, and no newsletter list.

Form submissions are delivered straight to Damien’s email inbox. They are not stored in a database, a CRM, or a marketing tool. If you become a client, your contact details end up in our invoicing records because we have to bill you.

This site and our clients’ sites are hosted with MDDHosting. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

This site sets no tracking cookies. If we add anything that does, this page gets updated before it goes live.

Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted within twelve months. Client records are kept for seven years because tax rules say so.

Nobody buys your details from us, because we do not sell them. The only third parties that touch your information are the ones we need to run the business: MDDHosting for hosting, Stripe for payments, and our email provider. Each has its own privacy policy.

We will hand over information if a court orders us to. Otherwise, no.

Ask us what we hold on you and we will tell you. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it for tax purposes. Email damien@grimmconcepts.com and say so.

This is a business-to-business site. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes get emailed to active clients.
